This report provides insights into the performance of automated email campaigns over the last 30 days by default, with filtering options for date ranges

  1. Sign in to Orbee
  2. From  the top menu, select Analytics 
  3. On the left, scroll down to Dashboards and select Automated Email Overview

Where the data comes from 


The Automated Email Overview is sourced from Orbee First Party data or website data. This is the data that is collected via the Orbee script that is injected onto your website and within (vendor-approved) digital retailing tools and iframes. 


‼️It’s important to ensure that all expected urls are tagged or written out properly


Automated Email Performance Summary

This dashboard includes the total number of emails sent, delivery rate, open rate, click rate, CTO rate, and bounce rate. Use these metrics to measure email effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Emails Sent Over Time

A line graph displays the number of automated emails delivered over the selected time range. Monitor trends to assess fluctuations in email activity.

Campaigns Delivered

This chart shows the number of campaigns delivered over the filtered time range. Evaluate campaign volume and frequency across different periods.


Automated Email Engagement Metrics by Campaign


The table grouped by campaign displays delivery rate, open rate, click rate, CTO rate, and bounce rate. Identify high-performing campaigns and optimize those with low engagement.

Automated Email Campaign Performance by Campaign

A table grouped by campaign shows delivered emails, unique opens, total opens, unique clicks, total clicks, and total bounced emails. Use this data to compare campaign performance at a detailed level.

Who is Interacting with Your Emails?

This section shows how many customers received, opened, and clicked an email. Assess audience engagement and adjust strategies accordingly.

What Did Customers Do After Clicking?

This section tracks how many website visits resulted from email clicks, total page views, and average engagement time. The recommended engagement time in the industry is at least 1.5 to 2 minutes per visit, indicating strong interest and deeper exploration of inventory and offers.

What Are People Doing on Your Website?

This section includes the number of visits to inventory pages, total conversions, and a chart displaying pages visited by page tag. Use this data to measure lead interest and conversion effectiveness.

Shopper Data and Intent Scores 

The table provides recipient contact information, vehicle of interest, and an intent score based on the percentage of visits marked as intent. Additional columns include the number of intent visits, total visits, shopper age, last seen, and first seen. Leverage this data to identify high-intent shoppers and refine targeting strategies.
