Want to prevent specific email addresses from receiving your automated email campaigns? Orbee makes it easy to manage your blacklist. Just follow these simple steps:
- Access the Blacklist
- Log in to your Orbee platform.
- Navigate to "Email Marketing" in the main menu.
- Located near the bottom of the page, click on the "Automated Email Blacklist" tab.

- Add an Email to the Blacklist:
- Click the "+ Add Blacklist Email" button.
- In the pop-up box, enter the email address you want to blacklist.
- Click "Next".
- Confirm and Blacklist:
- Review the email address to ensure accuracy.
- Click "Confirm" to add the email to the blacklist.
- View the Blacklist:
- The blacklisted email will now appear in the list along with the date it was added.
Important Notes:
- Automated Campaigns Only: This blacklist applies only to your automated email campaigns. Recipients will still receive ad hoc emails sent manually.
- Future Feature: Currently, blacklisting emails from ad hoc campaigns requires assistance from our Operations team. We are working to make this functionality available to clients directly in the future.
- Contact Support: If you need to blacklist an email from ad hoc campaigns, please contact our support team, and they will be happy to assist you.
