Where the data comes from
The Group Level Adhoc Email Campaign Report is sourced from Orbee First Party data or website data. This is the data that is collected via the Orbee script that is injected onto your website and within (vendor-approved) digital retailing tools and iframes.

Group Level Single Send Email Campaign Summary

Delivery Metrics per Dealership
The first chart displays the delivery rate per dealership, while the second shows the total number of emails delivered per dealership. Identify dealerships with lower delivery rates to investigate potential issues with email list quality or sender reputation.
Open Rate Metrics per Dealership
The first chart presents the open rate per dealership, and the second line chart tracks open rate trends on a weekly basis. Compare dealership performance to pinpoint which locations generate the highest audience engagement.
Click-Through Rate Metrics per Dealership
The first chart shows the click-through rate per dealership, while the line chart tracks weekly trends. Identify dealerships with stronger engagement to analyze best practices that can be replicated across the group.
Engagement Rate per Dealership Metrics
The first chart highlights engagement rates per dealership, while the line chart tracks weekly unsubscribe rate trends. Monitor engagement levels and take corrective action on campaigns that drive high unsubscribes.

Single Send Campaign Performance
A raw data table lists email campaign metrics, including list size, processed, dropped, delivered, unique opens, unique clicks, marked spam, bounce rate, unsubscribe rate, and spam rate. Utilize this dataset for deeper analysis and reporting needs.
