How to Set Up and Edit Your Lead Reactivation Reports (LRR)

The Lead Reactivation Report (LRR) in the Orbee platform helps you re-engage with potential customers who have shown interest but haven't yet converted. 

Steps to Setting Up LRR in the Orbee Platform

 

  1. Log in: Access the Orbee Platform using your credentials.
  2. Navigate to LRR: From the Dashboard, go to Shoppers > Lead Reactivation.



  3. Verify Details: Ensure your Dealer Name and Dealer URL are accurate. If you need to make any changes, click the pen icon at the top right of the Dealership Details box to edit.



  4. Configure Email Settings: Click the pen icon at the top right of the Email Settings box.


      • Dealership Name
      • Dealership URL
      • Lead Domain Filter: Enter your dealership's domain (e.g., dealershipdomain.com) to prevent staff emails from being included in the shopper report.
      • Reactivation: Specify the email addresses where you want the LRR to be sent. Separate multiple addresses with commas, spaces, or semicolons.
    1. Activate: Toggle the active button to enable the report.


    2. Create: Click the Save button to finalize the setup.
