Your dealership may have received an email stating that your Meta Ads account has been disabled. There are a few reasons as to why Meta has disabled your account.
Violation of Ad Policies or Terms of Use
Meta has an ad review process that looks at your advertisement's images, targeting, and position along with the landing page. If the landing page is not available, then your ad may not be approved. This may occur if you have VIN specific ads.- Your account did not follow Meta's Ad Policies
- You may have violated Meta's Terms of Use
- There may have been suspicious activity on your account
- Your ad account may have an outstanding balance or pending settlement
- Your ads have been disapproved
- You may have tried to create too many advertisements on a new ad account, which raises suspicion with Meta
