Meta Customer List Terms Requirement for Orbee List Audience Sync
Accept Meta's terms to enable list-based audience pushes from Orbee to your Meta Ad Account.
Overview
To export or push list-based customer audiences from Orbee to Meta (Facebook/Instagram), your business must accept Meta's Customer List Custom Audiences Terms of Service.
Meta enforces this requirement directly on the ad account level. Orbee cannot push or create list-based audiences until these terms are accepted by an authorized admin on your Meta Ad Account.
Why Is This Required?
Meta requires advertisers to acknowledge compliance with data privacy regulations before processing customer PII (Personally Identifiable Information) such as email addresses or phone numbers.
If these terms are not accepted, Meta will reject audience push attempts from Orbee, resulting in API sync errors or stuck sync statuses.
