Instructions
- Log in to the Orbee Platform.
- Navigate to the View Profile found by clicking on the user icon and selecting View Profile from the list.
- Scroll down to find the Security section and click on the box containing “Add MFA method”.
- Choose the desired MFA method from the modal.
Note: Although not required, Orbee highly recommends setting up MFA for enhanced security by adding an essential layer of protection to your accounts.
Setting Up Authenticator Method
- Select Authenticator in the method selection modal and click Continue.
- Download the Authy app via the OS-specific link, and either scan the QR code or input the alphanumeric code into the Authy app and click Continue. Apple App Store Link - Google Play Store Link.
- Input the one-time code provided by the Authy app and click Verify & Save.
- Click Done.
- You should now see the Authenticator method listed.
Setting Up SMS Authentication Method
- Select SMS method from modal and click Continue.
- Input the phone number that will be used to receive the code via SMS and click Continue. A code will be sent to the phone number to be used on the next screen.
- Enter the code sent to the number.
- Phone number should now be verified. Click Done to complete and exit.
