The Analytics section of the Orbee Platform offers detailed insights into your dealership’s website performance, including visitor behavior, conversions, and call tracking.
Analytics Tab Overview
The Analytics tab is a crucial component of the Orbee Platform, offering comprehensive insights into your website's performance. Here, you can review key metrics on visitor behavior, track conversions, and analyze call data. Additionally, you can compare different data groups and generate dynamic reports, empowering you to make informed, data-driven decisions to optimize your marketing strategies.
Analyze Subtab
The Analytics tab provides valuable insights into your car dealership's website performance by offering specific metrics on visitor interactions.
- Source Mediums: Located below the date range selector and Total Visits, this section shows where your traffic is coming from.
- Campaign Performance: Displays metrics like Intent Rate, Conversion Rate, True Bounce Rate, Total Visitors, and Total Visits to assess your campaign effectiveness.
- Drilldown: Offers detailed insights into the various metrics from your website.
- Monthly Cost Performance: Helps calculate cost metrics for each Source/Medium based on monthly spend.
By analyzing this data, you can identify ways to enhance your website and advertisements to provide the best customer experience.
Metrics Breakdown:
- Total Visitors: number of users who have visited the website. Exceptions can include one person using a device from a different location (home and work) and be counted as two visitors.
- Total Visits: number of times a user enters the website, regardless of whether the user has visited before. The Total Visits will always be higher than the Total Visitors because the same user may have returned to the website within the same timeframe that was selected.
- New Visit Rate: percentage of new visits who have not been to your website before.
- Returning Visit Rate: the percentage of visits that have returned to your website (after visiting a previous time).
- True Bounce Rate: the percentage of users that leave your website within twenty seconds of creating a new session. At Orbee, this number is calculated by the number of those who bounce from your site to the number of total visits.
- Conversion Rates: percentages that are calculated by the number of converting actions to the number of total visits to the website. Tracking your conversion rates will help you determine if your car dealership is meeting its goals.
Conversions Subtab
The Conversions Overview tab allows you to see Visits and Actions by comparing Total Visits, Conversions, and Conversion Rates to gain a clear understanding of your website's overall performance. This comparison helps you evaluate how effectively your site is turning visitors into leads. You can also see actions by providing visual tools, including a pie chart and a line graph, to compare all Converting Actions. These actions include interactions like Click to Call, Click to SMS, and Form Submissions, giving you insights into how users are engaging with your site and which actions are driving conversions.
- Overview: Provides a quick summary of your site's conversion performance over a selected time frame, helping you assess effectiveness.
- Timeline: Chronological record of all conversion events on your site, tracking shopper journeys and providing insights for optimization.
- Drilldown: Breaks down conversion data by specific criteria, allowing customization, filtering, and export for deeper analysis to refine marketing strategies.
Calls Subtab
The Calls tab allows you to track the effectiveness of campaigns with phone call attribution.
- Manage Numbers: Organize your call tracking numbers for various campaigns.
- Call Reports: Analyze caller data to enhance your Business Development Center (BDC) operations and validate your marketing efforts.
Use Manual Call Tracking numbers for static or offline your site campaigns, like billboards and TV ads, attach to emails, or digital campaigns. Dynamic Number Insertion (DNI) allows you to see which online channels are driving phone traffic by line and offline marketing strategies for better conversions by inserting a number on your site and attributing that click to call from the source medium of the visitor
Dynamic Reports Subtab
Previously known as Group Comparison, Dynamic Reports provides powerful, customizable reporting tools that allow you to generate tailored insights based on your specific needs. With this feature, you can quickly create and adjust reports by selecting different metrics, dimensions, and filters to analyze your data from various angles. This flexibility enables you to uncover deeper insights into your dealership's performance, helping you make data-driven decisions and optimize your marketing and sales strategies. This section will show a list of all reports enabled for your account.
Note: The Dynamic Reports subtab is also available as a main tab in the top panel—they function the same way, so there's no need to be confused. Once your Dynamic Report is published and populated, it will appear in the Dashboards subtab.
Dashboards Subtab
Once your dynamic report is published, its details will be available in Dashboards, allowing you to view the specific metrics you're tracking, such as Automated Dynamic Report Test, On-Site: Viewed Vehicle Corner Notification Analytics, and Dealer Vault Schema. The appearance of your dashboard will vary depending on the data you're tracking and testing.
