Orbee Platform Overview
Once you successfully access your Orbee Platform Account, a dashboard summarizing your dealership's performance will be displayed. You can explore specific areas by clicking on the tabs listed below. For detailed information on each tab, simply click on its title.
Analytics
The Analytics tab is the dealership's measurement and insights hub, offering a view into website and campaign performance built specifically for automotive retailing.

Traffic Analysis: Provides reports on which traffic Sources, Mediums, and Ad Campaigns are performing, auto-classifying traffic data to show:

Vehicle Page Views.

New & Returning Visit Rates.

Conversion & Bounce Rates.

Conversion Analysis: Pinpoints where valuable actions are taking place by identifying Top Converting Pages and comparing different converting actions (e.g., Forms vs. Click-to-Call, SMS forms). It can also display a timeline of a user's conversion journey.

VDP (Vehicle Detail Page) Analytics: Allows users to analyze the performance of individual VDPs to see how a specific vehicle performs against others, including views by traffic source, medium, or campaign.

Built for Dealerships: Unlike general tools, Orbee's analytics are integrated to track VIN-level data and simplify set-up for automotive-specific metrics.
Shoppers
The Shoppers tab is the central interface for the platform's CDP, where all customer data is aggregated, unified, and activated.

Customer Profiles: Aggregates all contact information, sales data, and website activity into a comprehensive, single-view shopper profile, often updated in real-time.

Segmentation & Audience Building: Allows users to create highly targeted groups of customers/prospects based on:

Website activity (e.g., viewed a specific make/model).

CRM/DMS data (e.g., Prospect Status = Active).
-
Manually uploaded CSV lists.

Lists Management: Provides the tools to manage and combine segments using inclusion and exclusion criteria (List of Lists), which are then used for targeted marketing campaigns across email, advertising, and personalization.
Inventory
The Inventory tab is dedicated to managing, monitoring, and analyzing the dealership's vehicle stock data.

Inventory Dashboard: Provides a high-level overview of key statistics like color, model, trim, condition, and year, along with inventory feed statuses (when created/last updated).

All Vehicles View: Accesses a detailed list of all vehicles, with options to filter, sort, and manage the listings efficiently.

Inventory Feeds: Tools to configure and manage the data feeds that ensure inventory listings are up-to-date across all platforms.

Vehicle Sets: Allows grouping vehicles into specific sets (e.g., all 2024 SUVs) for easier management and use in targeted advertising or personalization.

Reports Subtab: Provides insights into inventory performance, specifically tracking Vehicle VDP Views to gauge shopper interest and engagement.
Advertising
The Advertising tab is the platform's interface for creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns across major digital channels, leveraging the data from the Shoppers tab.

Multi-Channel Integration: Provides streamlined integration and management for campaigns on major platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and Microsoft Ads.

Campaign, Ad Set, and Ads Reports: Offers centralized, real-time reporting to monitor key metrics, including:

Impressions, Clicks, and Conversions.

CPC, CPA, and ROAS.

Targeting and Optimization: Enables users to manage targeting options, budget allocation, and bidding strategies directly within the platform. The integration with Shoppers allows for VIN-level advertising and targeting based on precise shopper segments.
Marketing (Email Marketing)
The Email Marketing subtab focuses on the creation, automation, and delivery of personalized email campaigns.

Drag-and-Drop Editor: Allows users to easily design email templates for sales, service, or promotional campaigns.

Data-Driven Personalization: Enables the dynamic insertion of vehicles (from the Inventory system) into emails, ensuring each recipient receives content based on their previously viewed vehicles or specific customer journey data.

Automated Emails: Facilitates the setup of event-based email triggers (e.g., vehicle view activity, abandoned cart) to automate follow-up communication.

List Building: Directly leverages the Shopper Segments, CRM/DMS data, and uploaded lists to create highly targeted mailing lists, with options to preview the list and view the underlying rules.
Dynamic Reports
The Dynamic Reports tab offers users flexible, custom reporting capabilities beyond the standard analytics dashboard.
