Form Leads and Shopper Profiles

The Shopper Profile feature allows your dealership to closely examine the journeys of individual shoppers, providing a detailed view of their behavior and preferences as they interact with your website. Once a shopper shares their contact information (email or email and phone number), their actions on your site contribute to the creation of a unique Shopper Profile. This profile is further shaped by the different audience segments they belong to, offering valuable insights into their interests and how they respond to advertising efforts. By understanding these individual profiles, both Orbee and your dealership gain a deeper understanding of your customers, enabling you to tailor your marketing strategies and create more personalized experiences.

 

Lead Reactivation Reports

Set up Lead Reactivation Reports to re-engage past shoppers who may have shown interest but haven't converted yet. This tool helps you identify and target those leads, bringing them back into the sales funnel.

 

Locations

The Locations section provides insights into where your shoppers are coming from. By analyzing this data, you can better understand your audience's geographic distribution and tailor your marketing efforts accordingly.

 

Segmentation
