Single Send Campaign Interaction Overview

This report provides insights into shopper interactions with email campaigns by focusing on click data.

This report provides insights into shopper interactions with email campaigns by focusing on click data. It helps dealerships understand the engagement patterns of shoppers who clicked links within their emails. The report loads data for the past 30 days by default but can be filtered by date range and campaign name. If the account is part of a dealership group, the report displays aggregated data at the group level, showing performance across all dealerships.


‼️Because of the size of the data being pulled, there can be delays in load times for the report. Multiple refresh attempts may be necessary in these cases.

  2. From  the top menu, select Analytics 
  3. On the left, scroll down to Dashboards and select Single Send Campaign Interaction Overview

Where the data comes from 


The Single Send Campaign Interaction Overview is sourced from Orbee First Party data or website data. This is the data that is collected via the Orbee script that is injected onto your website and within (vendor-approved) digital retailing tools and iframes.

Which campaign had the most clicks?

This chart displays the campaigns with the most clicks.

 Dealerships can identify which campaigns are driving the most engagement and optimize future campaigns based on this performance.

Were interactive shoppers new or returning visitors?




This chart shows the distribution of new vs. returning shoppers who clicked the email link.

This helps determine if your campaigns are attracting more new or returning visitors. If you have a high number of returning visitors, you might want to focus on strategies to attract new ones.

What devices are shoppers using to view your emails?


This chart shows the distribution of devices (mobile, desktop, etc.) used to view your emails.

Knowing what device your shoppers use helps tailor future email designs and formats. This can help ensure better readability and engagement.

Which link had the most clicks?


This table shows clicked links and their click count, sorted in descending order. It helps dealerships identify the most engaging links in their emails and focus on content or offers that resonate most with your audience.

Which link resulted in a conversion?


This table shares clicked links that resulted in conversions, along with the count of conversions. Focusing on the links that resulted in conversions help to optimize your email strategy and highlighting these links (or similar)  more in future campaigns.


New vs. returning visitors by campaign


This table shows the number of new and returning visitors by campaign. Use this data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns in attracting new shoppers versus retaining existing ones. It can help adjust your strategy to either increase loyalty or reach new customers.



Campaign customer interaction data


This raw data table displays shopper emails, the campaigns they engaged with, click time, clicked links, and conversions.Use this detailed information to track individual shopper engagement with specific links and determine which parts of your campaigns drive conversions. This can help improve targeting and follow-up strategies.
