This upgrade allows dealerships to track:

The Premium feed breaks down profit by specific department and product, including:

  • Front Gross & Back Gross: Total profit from the vehicle sale vs. finance and insurance.

  • Specific Profit Centers: Individual gross tracking for GAP, Warranties, Service Contracts, and Trade-ins.

  • Dealer Costs: Visibility into holdbacks, floorplan costs, and invoice-to-selling-price adjustments.

2. Commission

The Premium feed provides exact payout figures for every role involved in a transaction:

  • Roles Covered: Salesperson, Sales Manager, Finance Manager, Closing Manager, and BDC User.

  • Payment Types: Tracking of standard commissions vs. "Spiffs" (performance incentives).
