Where the data comes from
The Third Party Plugins - Interaction Dashboard is sourced from Orbee First Party data or website data. This is the data that is collected via the Orbee script that is injected onto your website and within (vendor-approved) digital retailing tools and iframes.
‼️It’s important to ensure that all expected urls are tagged or written out properly, if there are changes to your third party tools/providers, inform your CSM as soon as possible to avoid any breaks/pauses in data collection.
Third Party Plugins - Interaction Dashboard Summary
This section displays the defect rate, submission rate, lead capture total, (cancellation rate if applicable) and average submission time. Use these metrics to assess conversion friction and prioritize reducing defect rate below the industry threshold of 20%.
Device Type Analysis A bar chart shows the number of interactions and form submissions by device. Prioritize mobile performance improvements if desktop or tablet show significantly lower engagement.
Traffic Source Analysis Charts reveal the referring source of interactions and submissions. Identify which channels drive qualified traffic to focus budget and strategy.
Customer Progression Visualizations
Depending on the form type and structure, you may see a step-by-step funnel or an interaction breakdown.
Engagement Per Section This visual applies to non linear tools, where shoppers can access any part of the form without completing a specific section. It shows which parts of the tool were engaged with, including view, open, and form submission steps as well as what sections users were more likely to spend time on. Evaluate drop-off points to improve CTA placement or wording.
XTime Progression Funnel The funnel visualization applies to tools that have a linear form, where users must complete sections to move onto the next. It shows drop-off at each step from form start to confirmation. Identify where users are exiting to optimize those steps and reduce abandonment or to help followup messaging with potential customers.
Identified Shopper Segment Progression A table lists identified visitors and their step-by-step actions within the form flow. Use this data to understand which shoppers are most active and refine retargeting or CRM and sales strategies. **note: if there are no identified shoppers, then this section will load no results.
All Shoppers Progression and Details This full table includes both anonymous and identified visitor behavior, showing funnel progression and session details. Use for deeper analysis into user paths and behavior patterns by source.
