How Audience Lists Update

When you launch a Journeys campaign, your audience list remains dynamic rather than static.

  • Automatic Transition: When a Journey is started, Orbee automatically changes the assigned list's update frequency to Daily.
  • Continuous Updates: The system does not take a one-time snapshot of list members. It reprocesses the list every day to look for new members.
  • Automatic Enrollment: Any new contacts added to the list after the Journey goes live will be detected during the daily refresh and automatically receive the campaign messages.
