Understanding Your Vehicle Engagement Report

The Vehicle Engagement Report provides insights into how customers interact with your inventory, offering filtering options by date, make/model, condition, age, body style, year, availability, and VIN.

This report helps dealerships identify trends in customer interest, refine marketing efforts, and align inventory with demand. These insights help dealerships make data-driven decisions that enhance engagement, improve conversions, and align inventory with market demand.

‼️Because of the size of the data being pulled, there can be delays in load times for the report. Multiple refresh attempts may be necessary in these cases.

‼️If you expect a change with your inventory provider, it’s important to alert Orbee as soon as possible to make sure any new integrations are established and decrease the risk of gaps in inventory data!

Where the data comes from

The Vehicle Engagement Report is sourced from Orbee First Party data or website data. This is the data that is collected via the Orbee script that is injected onto your website and within (vendor-approved) digital retailing tools and iframes.

The inventory data is sourced from the api inventory feed established between your vendor and Orbee. The feed is updated every 24 hours.

‼️It’s important to ensure that all expected traffic sources are tagged properly for accurate reporting. Most sources will have auto-tagging features available, but it’s good practice to check with your partners to ensure proper tagging even in manual tagging cases.
