Why do I have multiple Orbee scripts installed?

How different scripts power different tools on your site

The Orbee script acts like a container, similar to Google Tag Manager. It does more than just track data; it can power specific features and services on your website.

  1. Your Dealership's Script: This powers your own website analytics and personalization tools.

  2. A Partner's Script: A partner or service provider uses their own Orbee script to power their analytics or their specific technology on your site.

How it works (The "SID")

Each script is controlled by a unique ID, called a SID. This ID tells the script which "container" to open.

  • SID #1 loads the tools and settings for Your Dealership.

  • SID #2 loads the tools and settings for The Partner.

Do I need to keep them all?

Yes. Because each script is loading a completely different set of features, you need all of them installed for every service to work correctly. They run independently and do not conflict with each other.
